In this episode, we will be talking about Is Discrimination A Trigger for Mental Health and Suicidal Issues. This is a topic that many of us shy away from discussing because of the shame and embarrassment of being labeled with a disorder. For years, many of us have suffered in silence because of shame and never cried out for help. As a result, millions of men and women, especially African Americans have taken their own lives or suffer from a mental health issue that drives home the false psychological narratives about oneself. The false perceptions are the hateful words based on what someone else says about you, but little do we know that we give those words power.

The power to listen and process information is both a spiritual and physical skill. More so, we use both abilities to give either good or back narratives power over our lives. This is why I created this platform to erase the false perceptions, so you can release yourself from the chains of spiritual and mental slavery from the words of others.
