Wanzi moved to Canada from Sri Lanka along with her family in 2017 with a Permanent Residency who had a 4 page long resume and a 5 min long elevator pitch which didn't help her get her foot in the door. But she later overcame all challenges and now works as a Senior Manager Client Success & Operations Newcomer and Cultural Client Segment at RBC.
Also recipient of two prestigious awards at RBC; The Convention Award
2020 & Leo Award 2020 for top level performance.
