The book "Ego is the Enemy", written by Ryan Holiday, is a great read. Devin purchased this book and had it mailed to me, that's just the kind of guy he is, when he finds something that he feels elevates his mind or spirit he wants to share the knowledge.
We really get into the details of the book and discuss our versions of Ego and where it has shown true in our own lives.
