YouTube creator Declan Black joins us on the Mythinformed podcast to discuss everything from take down videos on YouTube to the role of YouTubers in Atheism. We were first introduced to Declan's channel leading up to #Mythcon IV. Declan was firmly against the de-platforming campaign that was taking place to try and force us to remove some of our speakers. He dedicated many videos to this subject and was criticizing those that were involved with promoting the campaign.

Declan takes us through why he started his channel and why he focuses on social justice instead of atheism. Declan was aware of the atheist community, but was drawn to the YouTube community instead. Although he still considers himself an atheist he feels that the social justice community is much more important to focus on at the moment. Declan's channel is growing very quickly and his videos are getting more and more attention. Make sure to check him out and subscribe here. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCjYIwOnxkACYwhNGBWnEOzw
