In the collegiate justice system, NIL-based offenses are considered especially heinous…

A controversy is brewing: should collegiate athletic programs disclose the terms of NIL contracts to the public? During this episode, we discuss two public records lawsuits. The first was brought against LSU by Gray Media and the second was brought against UGA by the Athens Banner-Harold. We discuss the implications of making student-athlete records public.

We also discuss nillies that recently caught our attention, including University of Michigan running back Blake Corum who used some of his NIL earnings to donate Thanksgiving meals to families in need and University of Kentucky defensive end Joshua Paschal who partnered with a pediatric dentistry practice to promote oral health.
