Pilar Ortega, founding member of the Medical Organization for Latino Advancement (MOLA) and the first President of the National Association of Medical Spanish (NAMS), where she shares her insights on the origins of NAMS, the key stakeholders in our organization, the scope of our membership, and our overall goals. Dra. Ortega also helps shed some light into the organizations present and future, and how the student leadership drives our language equity work.
