As a native Nashvillian, child of a developer and retired General Contractor myself, I know Nashville neighborhoods and their nuances like the back of my hand. Newcomers always ask me what are YOUR favorite neighborhoods, and where are the "up and comers"?
This is the second of my series of my favorite neighborhoods- focusing on Green Hills. Situated about 6 miles from the center of downtown Nashville, with top private schools, great public schools, stable /steadily growing housing prices, incredible shopping and amenities, and several well known Universities, Green Hills homes continue to be one of the best investments a family can hold in their portfolio for safety and growth.
