There are so many things to consider when buying a house... and it gets far more complicated when you ask; "how to buy a house in a new state?" and "How to find a realtor in another state" when planning a move. In this video I talk with fellow realtor Melissa Spittel of Coldwell Banker who is also a native of her city and specialist in helping people get acclimated to her city while searching for their perfect new home. From schools and shopping, travel to work and recreation, transportation and safety issues, and details fo the home... each area has its own nuances that a good realtor will discuss with newcomers.
