Jay is one of 4 people originally from Seaford, Delaware, Jay holds a BA, Eastern Nazarene College, ,MA, Trevecca Nazarene University, Ph.D., State University of New York - Albany, Jay teaches at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, TN. Dr. Agee teaches Business and Psychology at the undergrad, grad and doctoral level. He has even given a Ted talk I hear. A hopeless Venderbilt fan. He lives in Mount Juliet with his wife and three children.
