While it is believed that the Republican Party is the party of the Rich, and the Democrats are the party of the "poor, downtrodden, and disadvantaged, etc." a new survey from Ballotpedia suggests otherwise. In Part 2, a Pastor in Bryan, Ohio faces criminal charges for leaving his church open 24/7 to help minister to homeless people in his community. Fines are up to $1,000 per day. First Liberty was able to get the charges dismissed, but the City has trumped up a whole new set of charges. But is it possible the pastor actually is in the wrong - based on any kind of technicality?
