A Bit More About This Weeks Guest

Will Alonso has been in the music industry for 25 years and is from Brooklyn NY. First start as a Dj was 1988, then went on to join SURE Record Pool in the early 90’s, and during this period he had the pleasure of working with the likes of Bobby E. Davis, through whom he subsequently met and done collaborating work with NY’s Matrix.

Will has since moved on to producing and remixing, having dropped releases on labels like Todd Terry’s Inhouse, Oscar P’s Open Bar Music, Azucar, HMSPmusic, Maurice Joshua Digital, Dancephonic, Glam, Intermusic, DPM Records, Selektor Music, Latin House Sensation Norty Cotto’s Naughty Boy Music, Easy Street Records, and Selektor Music Imprint of Ivan Robles, and many more. Will has also worked on various projects with Juan Kato, Christian Scott, Latin Grammy Batchta singer J. Martin & Jill Tirrell, and others.

In 2012, Will has set his sights on a new venture, teaming up with NY’s Matrix to launch their own imprint: H.O.S. (House of Sound) & in mid 2013 Will has just launched a second label called Luz De Ponce Records which will focus on the following Tribal/Latin House/Tech.

In 2014 Will has had the honor for having his remix of John Kano’s – Come Into My Life on his Imprint Taste The Jam & finally euro pop group Parralox. Also he has just released a project on Sheeva Records.
