In episode 7 of Season 3, we will discuss Tillie Klimek. She was a Polish-American serial killer operating in the Ukrainian village of Chicago; better known as Chicago’s Little Poland Neighborhood. Tillie was born in 1876 and died of a heart attack sitting in prison on November 20, 1936. She had at least 5 victims…possibly more. She would poison them with arsenic found in a product called “Rough on Rats”.
Most serial killers operate solo; yes? Not Tillie. She was someone who seemed to really think she was above all. She was eventually referred to as “The High Priestess of the Bluebeard Clique” in the Little Poland neighborhood by the media. There were several other wives arrested for suspicion of murder of their husbands too. However, they were eventually released.
One thing that makes this story even more odd; is the fact that she claimed to have precognitive dreams about her victim’s deaths. These dreams would tell her when they were going to die…
