You know that satisfying feeling you get when you strike a match? Well, that's a chemical reaction involving phosphorus. Do you know what white phosphorus used to do to anyone manufacturing matches back in the 1800s? It would rot away their jawbones. Not so satisfying anymore, is it?

Paige will be explaining all about poor working conditions for the Matchgirls and how it led to the groundbreaking Matchgirl Strike of 1888. Hope you brought a sign and comfy shoes, cuz the dolls are going on strike!
