In this episode, I speak with Tal Evans, CEO of Majestic Computer Technology and Agile Health Computing.

Technology plays a critical role in business as well as in our personal lives, and it has certainly played a central role in Tal's life for over 3 decades. From early beginnings in software development, founding technology businesses, negotiating and driving successful M&As as well as international business opportunities, through to co-owning and running a large technology company as well as business outside the tech sector, Tal brings a unique perspective as both an IT user or service recipient and service provider.

  • when to talk about people rather than the deal
