On this episode of Nerdy Latinas Podcast, Short Latina & Sabritas challenge the meaning of success in discussing the personal and career expectations versus reality with their three guests, Erika Cruz, Pancho, Atziri Peña, and Gianna-Nino. Erika Cruz is a Latina Self-Discovery Coach, TikToker, and Yoga Instructor. She is passionate about connecting women in her community with the tools to kill it. This is why she got into the coaching business, to help bring out the best in people. Atziri Peña, also known as Jacks is the owner of an undocumented owned brand @adelitasapparel. They are recent graduates with a double major in political science and philosophy; they intend to work fulltime in growing their business to better uplift the community directly. Gianna-Nino is a first-year Stanford medical student originating from the Ñuu savi people in Oaxaca. She was born and raised in rural Eastern Oregon and Washington in a migrant farmworker family.
