Good grades at university are necessary to be able to bring you to the door of your preferred company, but once you start working you are going to need to be able to provide more than just knowledge. It’s about the right attitude, being able to keep up with changes, and going above and beyond in the jobs that you do" - Puteri Sofia.

Puteri is a senior lecturer at Taylor’s University and the Chief Project Officer of CIRI. Her new innovation has been shortlisted in the Top 5 in the Learning Assessment category for the Wharton-QS Reimagine Education Awards 2020, known as the “Oscars of Education”. Puteri is a tenacious and driven educator that is constantly adapting the latest technologies in the education space while making her classes fun and engaging. During her free time, Puteri enjoys roller skating and playing futsal.

In this episode, we dive deep into discussions of iterative processes, never giving up, and redesigning the approach toward learning Law.
