Stephanie is a returning guest, she was originally on Episode #49 so be sure to check that out. Today we're talking about current market conditions and factors affecting price of new and existing homes as well as contributing factors to delays in construction. My hope is that you'll be able to communicate better with your own customers about these issues and how it may be affecting construction of their own home.

After selling over 300 new homes as a new home sales counselor, Stephanie transitioned to the resale world. Today, she partners with new home sales managers - and she helped her home builder partners close over 400 new homes to families in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

She does this by helping her clients sell their current house above asking price and on schedule, freeing their mind up to focus less on selling their house and more on moving into the home of their dreams.
