3. What changed when Steph began approaching her art career as a business and the power of implementing a daily creative practice.

4. The importance of prioritizing our physical and emotional health.

About Steph -

Steph Blondet is a Puerto Rican visual artist based in Tampa, FL. Blondet creates textured and sculptural paintings as a form of visual journaling, through which she processes memories and experiences from childhood into adulthood. In her work, Blondet explores themes of personal growth, grief, and the societal pressures placed on women.

After a health scare in 2021, Blondet began her journey as a visual artist with the goal of finding her voice and healing through the creative process. Two years later, she experienced the loss of her soul dog and decided it was time to launch her professional art career. Line, shape, color, and form have always been of strong interest to Blondet, and she continues to focus on these elements in her work today.

Blondet grew up taking private art classes and obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, her Associate of Art from EDP College, and her Master of Science in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University. Upon graduating, she moved to Washington, DC in 2013 to pursue a career in graphic design and web development. During this time, she sold to private collectors in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada. In 2019 she moved to Tampa, FL to be closer to family and enjoy the warm weather.
