In a special episode of the New York Launch Pod Hal Coopersmith discusses his intelligent residential lease management and compliance software called RezCue, and who else to interview Hal Coopersmith, the longtime host of the New York Launch Pod, than his mother, Martha Coopersmith. This is an episode you won’t want to miss!
Last summer New York State enacted the Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act (HSPTA) which created more requirements for residential landlords, many of which could impact them financially. Realizing that many landlords were unaware of the new law or too busy to keep track of so many important deadlines, Hal used his legal and technological expertise to create RezCue, a software program that ensures that landlords, brokers and property managers alike know how to comply with the law by sending a sequence of emails and text messages (“Cues”).
In this special episode, Hal and Martha discuss how the rental regulations can impact landlords, how his new software can save landlords, brokers, and property managers time and money, and a whole lot more!
