Derrick P. Henderson Sr., the visionary founder of the “Don't Stop Dreaming” Enrichment Program, has dedicated his life to transforming the futures of young people in New Orleans. Under his leadership, Don't Stop Dreaming has become a beacon of hope and opportunity for youth, particularly young Black men, through a unique blend of mentorship, exposure, and community engagement. Founded with a mission to empower and inspire, Don't Stop Dreaming is a nonprofit organization deeply rooted in the New Orleans community.
