By Newsbreak Producer, Taliesha Naidoo - The National Freedom Party in KwaZulu-Natal says one of their councillors in the Zululand district municipality defied the party mandate and voted with the IFP at a council meeting. The deputy mayor position has been left vacant following the resignation of the EFF's Thulani Ndlovu. This follows the collapsed coalition agreement between the IFP and the EFF. Siyabonga Mbatha is the new deputy mayor in the Zululand district. SABC news reporter, Nonkululeko Hlope with more details.....
