By Newsbreak Producer Tashlan Naidoo - The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) says glitches and connectivity issues experienced with its new Voter Management Device (VMD) during registration weekend has been addressed and will not be an issue come voting day. Stations across the country experienced lengthy delays when the system sporadically went offline during registration. Millions of voters are expected to cast their ballots on the 1st of November. IEC Deputy Chief Electoral Officer Mawethu Mosery says the need for the device will not be as great on voting day, but support will be on hand to avert any issues...
