Behavior Management in kids ministry
- General but specific rules (expected behaviors)
- Consequences:
- Warning (verbal acknowledgment)
- Move to another location (remove the distraction)
- Moved from everyone and parents/families are told
- Involve high-capacity leaders in this redirection and discipline
