According to a recent study by Monitoring The Future, the number of Gen Z respondents “wanting to do their best in their job even if this sometimes means working overtime” dropped to just 36%, down from 53.74% in 2020. Is Gen Z lazy or just working smarter? Daryl Wright from Ernst & Young joined Gary to discuss. Later, Gary's nephew Noah joined him. Noah is a millenial who quit his job without having another one lined up.
