As a localization expert, she excels in project management, data analysis, and solution design. Yani is also a seasoned instructor of project management training courses in Latin America. She has contributed to various projects for Nimdzi, including UX studies, due diligence, process auditing, and customer profiling. Passionate about optimizing workflows and going the extra mile to help others succeed, she currently serves as a project lead and operations analyst at Nimdzi Insights. Yani also provides training and coaching for Spanish-speaking professionals and Latin American companies through her personal venture "YG Localization Consulting and Training Services".
