You want to be a leader but you're not being seen.

It can be so frustrating when you feel like you are ready for that next level and are working hard doing all the right things - as well as being a great employee and being 110% committed to your job (maybe a little too much at times) you always get results.

You get projects done. You make things happen in fact it’s in your blood to make sure problems are solved at work for your colleagues, for senior management, for the board and for the bottom line. You work as hard as if you owned the company yourself and deeply care about it.

Yet you are not getting the recognition you deserve.

When I support women to be more visible I use the cyclical RISE framework.

  • Ready - have goals, know what you want when it comes to the next level at work, understand your values
  • Internal - the internal work, self awareness, limiting beliefs holding you back, obstacles that will stop you being more visible.
  • Strategy - building a plan - identifying what strategy works best for you
  • Execution - taking action - making it happen, measuring, reviewing and reflecting.

Are you really doing what is required to get noticed and get your seat at the table?

Because let's face it we need so many more women to own their expertise and secure more of the decision making positions to help drive businesses forward. Women bring so much diversity. So are you? If you want to do more then get in touch as I can support you to step into your spotlight. Book a call with me link below.
