Randy Herbertson is a recognized brand strategist and creative director with over twenty years of marketing and innovation experience. Randy has worked with WPP and Omnicom agency networks, Conde Nast Publications, Allied Domecq, and E&J Gallo. In addition, Randy has recently worked in the boutique agency world, owning and operating two firms, including The Visual Brand, founded in 2013.

In this episode, Randy had shared great insights on Creative thinking DNA, where Randy explained how to find a style of creativity that will enhance the skills. We then spoke on Randy's take on whether people are born creative or creativity as a skill that could be enhanced by practice. In the latter part, we discussed on the what is the concept of introvert and extrovert creatives and how could both of them collaborate to drive great results.
