Reggie Murphy is passionate about creating a human-centered world. He is a 20-year veteran of the UX Research and Design space and currently leads the Creation and Conversations Research team on Twitter. Before Twitter, Reggie built and led the client experience research team at Vanguard. He also led research teams at Meta (formerly Facebook) who helped build Facebook's Camera Effects Platform, Facebook Groups, and Workplace. In this episode, Reggie shared great insights on Human-Centered Research and the different ways to understand and empathize with the user? We then discussed the various frameworks for human-centered research and how research is both an art and science; how to balance this combination while capturing in-depth insights. In the latter part, we discussed how to focus on insights gained from the user research to synthesize and make it accessible across the board.

Takeaways- What is human-centered design? How to empathize with the users? Different ways to capture deeper insights.
