For NSP 54, we spoke with Alek, Jeremy, and John of the group "Fakertarians" about their efforts to call out and end authoritarian entryism in the mainstream libertarian movement. Alek is a law student and former Mises caucus volunteer, turned cosmopolitan anarchist, turned who knows. Volunteer on the Vermin campaign and consiglieri extraordinaire. Self-described anarcho-neoliberal because it pisses everyone else off. Jeremy Kantorowicz is an workforce analyst and full time cat dad. Joining Fakertarians in 2020, he is passionate about liberty and calling out bad elements in the liberty movement. John Hudak is the co-founder of Fakertarians. He is a criminal defense attorney and has written extensively about the problems with the alt-right in the liberty movement. Fakertarians was born in May, 2017. 00:00:00 Introduction 00:06:22 Liberty Journey 00:23:15 Ron Paul 00:31:16 The Paleo Tendency 00:37:42 The Mighty Ducks 00:41:07 Handling Reactionaries 00:47:41 Warmongers 00:58:32 Platforming 01:05:53 Within the NLP 01:18:27 Anti-Vaxxers 01:27:08 The Power of Links 01:33:33 Dead Writers 01:52:36 The Libertarian Label 01:59:41 SPLC on the NLP 02:07:33 Thoughts on Leftists 02:12:10 Media Recommendations 02:16:19 Cappuccino 02:18:23 Outro Links: https://www.fakertarians.com https://www.youtube.com/@Fakertarians https://www.twitch.tv/fakertarianspodcast https://www.facebook.com/Fakertarians https://mastodon.social/@fakertarians https://bsky.app/profile/fakertarians.bsky.social https://x.com/fakertarians Thanks for listening!
