What makes you feel better? What do you do to improve your health and wellbeing?

Whatever your situation, most of us would probably accept that our mental and physical health has taken a bit of a battering this past year. And being 'locked down' can make it hard to improve how we feel.
In Episode 3 of our Enjoying Norfolk Podcast, we discuss wellbeing in Norfolk, including what makes us feel 'better', especially during these difficult and unpredictable times.
We also chat to Holly Sandiford, co-founder of Art at Work, a Norfolk-based CIC (Community Interest Company), which delivers art sessions and projects to promote wellbeing and good mental health.
