On the first episode of new year, we go deep into my 2019 #fitnessgoals and I talk about my personal journey with a couple of my favorite fitness apps that have helped me shed some unwanted pounds over the past few months. I also talk about how these apps have held me accountable to my goals to a much greater extent than sheer willpower (lets be real here, I suck at that and you probably do too ¯\_(ツ)_/¯). In addition, I review some other fitness apps that I've demo'd to give you a tool to try out no matter what your goal is to achieve all of the #gainz this year.
