On this episode, I divulge into my latest pursuit of attempting to learn a language (yet again) and breakdown my progress with Spanish, what I am doing and why I think it is important. Instead of talking about different hacks and tricks to learn a new language I analyze and the personal value that language learning has brought me and how that value can be applied to other domains like business. I particularly harp in on empathy and how empathy can be built by pursuing another language. I also wind up ranting about Dueling and break down some of the app’s biggest flaws and wind up even doing a lesson live on the podcast just to point out where it succeeds and fails since it is all the craze in the language learning space these days.
