In short, the "Beliefs for Integrating Technology into the English Language Arts Classroom" are comprised of four statements:
- Literacy means literacies.
- Consider literacies before technologies.
- Technologies provide new ways to consume and produce texts.
- Technologies and their associated literacies are not neutral.
