Do you find yourself spending alot of time and effort fitting in? It's no wonder. We are programmed to do this from a very young age. It's where we often feel safe, free of jugdement and threat. But what it means is that we hide or supress who we really are. The worls needs YOU - the way YOU talk, the way YOU act, the way YOU move. Not a cookie cutter version of someone else.
