As COVID-19 restrictions are being relaxed across most of the United States, many nonprofits are attempting to define their new normal. In today's episode, Rich Frazier (IPM Advancement's Senior Consultant) is joined by IPM consultants Jana Olslund and Penny Cowden to unpack some of the most valuable lessons of the past year to help nonprofits come out on the other side of this pandemic even smarter and stronger than they were before.

In addition to her experience as Vice President of Philanthropy and Alumni Relations for Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, Jana served as a senior consultant for Bentz Whaley Flessner where she worked with health systems, children’s hospitals, and health-related causes across the country.

Penny Cowden has specialized in not-for-profit philanthropy for 25 years with a focus on strategic planning, leadership development, and coaching. Penny holds the CFRE designation and has earned advanced certification as a Fellow in the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy.
