In this episode, we interview Mae't Pearson about her midwifery practice and her incredible support that she has continues to deliver to all women and families in the community.

Mae't Pearson is a private practice midwife and Mum of three gorgeous children. She has a masters of midwifery and is a UK educated midwife. Maet has worked in tertiary hospitals, university lecturing, community midwifery and home and private practice. She is a director at It Takes a Village Midwifery and has trained as a spinning babies parent educator and Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner.

With over 16 years working with pregnancy, birth and postnatal care Mae't is passionate about choice, empowerment and positive birth and parenting journeys. Mae't has a thriving centre that supports families in achieving their best birth and holds women at the centre of care. She specialises in undisturbed birth navigating through the system of maternity care to achieve the gold standard of continuity of midwifery care and positive experiences.
