Join us on this episode of Nutrition Business Secrets as we sit down with Sula Windgassen, a health psychologist specialising in gut disorders and pelvic, gynae, and bladder issues.
We discuss with Sula the importance of diversifying your business activities beyond just one-on-one consultations, and she shares how she built additional revenue streams through group membership, downloadable resources, and group programs. She also shares the value of having a business coach, and how it has helped her grow her business.
In addition, Sula talks about her experiences with PR opportunities, and how she works collaboratively with other nutrition professionals in her business.
We also chat with Sula about imposter syndrome, and she gives insights into why it rises, and what we can do to combat it.
