A 20-year-old man is in stable condition after being shot overnight in Greenwich Village as Pride festivities were wrapping up. Police are investigating. Meanwhile, congestion pricing may be on indefinite pause, but Governor Kathy Hochul is still showing her MTA pride. WNYC's Catalina Gonella has more. In other news, a ban on smartphones is likely coming to New York City public schools.
