Ann Murphy and Andy Paven interview businessman and entrepreneur David Radlo, former CEO of Radlo Foods, who’s new book, Secret Stories of Leadership, Growth and Innovation, is now available. The book is about effective leadership and strategies on how to disrupt cartels. He talks about the “Egg Wars” and the impending threat to the MA egg supply that will restrict the sale of eggs as of Jan. 1,2022 due to a 2016 ballot referendum. Radlo also discusses his negotiations with Fidel Castro to sell eggs to Cuba, and how the route to success, whether it is in business or policy, is about willingness to be open and compromise.
