It was fun getting to know Mo. He talked to us about how he got started in athletics, how he discovered OCR, his best finishes and accomplishments, his training and nutrition and his plans for this year 2021.
Mo was also kind to talk to us about his profession as a Halifax Police Staff Sergeant and the challenges he's faced with becoming an OCR athlete and how he's managed to overcome all obstacles to be a successful Canadian OCR Athlete.
