Reclaim Rehabilitation Consulting team collaborates with their clients to ensure their health needs are met. They offer private counselling with their Registered Clinical Counsellor, exercise programs with their Kinesiologist and case management to identify other services that may be beneficial. Their programs are appropriate for improving mental health in conjunction with counselling or for chronic pain management to reclaim function.
