Washington-Hangzhou-Chang'an. Mitchie Perrine is not an ordinary China expat. He moved here for a graphic design job, and still works as a designer at an American furniture company during the days, but at nights...he has become a legend with his bar Ziggy's in "small town" Chang'an, in south China.
