Florian Benchea is a Romanian deli owner and chef in Shenzhen, China. His enthusiasm about keeping the deli tradition alive is inspiring, while making many foreigners and Chinese customers all over China happy. His homemade sausages, smoked meats and preserves are a rare find in a country that has only few options online for authentic Balkan food. We loved sampling his delicatessen food items and even more, the great conversation.
