Dr. Howard also addresses the burnout that educators are experiencing and provides tips to help the be successful in classroom management. Dr. Howard is an incredible educator, mentor, and coach. She has more than twelve years of experience in elementary education, classroom, and administration. Her career consists of implementing positive behavior interventions, support, and 21st-century skills into instruction. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree from Auburn University and Administration of Supervision and Curriculum.
