What are the fundamentals of how to make money? How can you do that in an ethical way? In this address to ECU College of Business students, I shared, "We all will make more money if we invest our time into inspiring teams rather than managing employees."
Three key points:
1. Treat people fairly and like family.
2. Work hard and let go of fearing failure
3. Solve more problems by empowering others to make decisions
Four philosophies that drive me:
1. Trust is greater than Skill
2. Relationships are greater than Money
3. Doers are greater than Complainers
4. Master the Mundane

Go all-in on your strengths and what makes you happy.
