This is the Official Celtic FC Podcast and on this episode, we are joined by Hoops legend Tom Boyd for a fascinating interview.

The title-winning captain joins the podcast to look ahead to his incredible Sahara Desert Trek, as part of the Celtic FC Foundation’s brand new ‘Celts in the Sahara’ event which takes place next week.

The club ambassador also chats about the current first-team following the weekend's draw against Aberdeen, as we also look ahead to facing Hibernian on Wednesday night.

Thereafter, he reflects on his incredible 10 years as a Celtic player from 1992 to 2002, as he details his curious signing from Chelsea.

He shares some great tales about the pressure of winning the Scottish Cup in 1995, through to captaining the 1998 title-winning Celts and lifting a treble under Martin O'Neill.

He also has some brilliant stories from his time working under Tommy Burns, and playing alongside Celtic legends such as Henrik Larsson.
