Police have begun, in most states, if not all, to use the charge of "Obstruction of Justice" to corral and stop photographers from reporting, chronicling, or cataloging their actions. Most courts have been dismissing these charges that make it past prosecutors who failed to dismiss or nolle prosequi the cases against these innocent individuals.
