Trish’s signature cocktail or mocktail – THE JIFFY POP
1 oz Tequila (for mocktail, use 3 oz of tonic water)
½ oz Mezcal (for mocktail, use 3-4 drops of liquid smoke)
½ oz Nixta corn liqueur (for mocktail, use ½ teaspoon of sweet corn extract, I like Amoretti brand!)
½ oz Alma Tepec spicy chile liqueur (for mocktail, use 3-4 drops of cayenne extract)
½ oz Sweet Vermouth (skip this for a drier mocktail; if you like drinks on the sweeter side, use ½ oz of simple syrup/agave/maple syrup)
½ oz lime juice
Shake well in a shaker with ice, then serve strained into a cute glass. Garnish with a dried orange or any other damn thing you like!
