After returning from Country Week, the biggest tennis tournament in the southern hemisphere by participation, the On The Line Is Out team has much to discuss.

Rowey, in particular, is aghast at the mooted changes to the Davis Cup as announced by the ITF this week, and delivers a stern verdict.

Walshy has been hitting the phones in his role with The Australian, discussing the concept with Davis Cup legends including Neale Fraser, Pat Cash and Pat Rafter.

They share Rowey's view, but others consider Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic are more in tune with the need for change.

We also discuss some regular tour news as the circuit moves to Indian Wells for the next fortnight.
