Timing and coordination of the moving parts in the golf swing is as important a swing fundamental as any. Dana Dahlquist is an expert in biomechanics and in kinematic sequencing and he brings his knowledge and expertise to help you to time your golf swing more effectively. Dana describes the effective movement of all of the moving elements in the golf swing. He talks about why you may "stand-up" (lift your head) and early extend with your body in the downswing and how you can rectify that flaw. Dana also digs into the correct athletic posture, effective weight and pressure shift and the proper body rotation through the golf swing.
